Glitch with my Outlook account resolved in a jiffy!

Delivering lectures back-to-back is a pretty tough job, and the only break that I managed to get was when it was time for lunch. Every single ounce of energy seemed to have drained out of me! And what lay ahead of me was even more exhausting and was going to numb my brains. I had to check the assignments submitted through mail by the students and allot them grades accordingly. Thankfully it was a Friday and I had the following two days at my disposal. So, I decided to get good sleep and get on with the assignments from Saturday morning.



After I woke up, it took me no time to freshen up and was all set to check out the assignments that were lying in my inbox. I comfortably sat on the couch with my laptop and a cup of coffee, all set to get down to work. I logged into my Outlook or rather I should say that I tried, because I could not. I made yet another attempt thinking that I might have typed in something wrong, but it still showed the same result. It was not really what I had expected to happen. Time and again it happens, when working on something important, one thing or the other goes wrong. The moment you feel that everything is right, trouble comes right at you!



I tried to figure out what the problem could be but nothing seemed to get through the grey matter as I was no computer geek. Numerous attempts later, I gave up the uphill battle of trying to fix it on my own and started on a new journey altogether. I started to search on the World Wide Web for a possible solution. I was desperate to get it all sorted out and kick off with checking the assignments as well as finishing it off at the earliest. But, without a solution, it was not going to be possible.



I read through millions of websites in an attempt to find a quick and easy solution to the problem that I was facing and that is when I happen to stumble upon an iYogi review. It triggered the inquisitiveness in me and I probed further into their website, only to find out that they were an online tech support company, which could help me resolve the problem with my system. After browsing through the entire website, and after looking at a few more iYogi reviews, I concluded that there was no harm in using their services.



I opted for the "chat now" option available on their website to get in touch with a technician. The moment I clicked on that option, a window appeared, where I was required to fill out my contact details, such as my e-mail ID, contact number etc. Soon, I was greeted by a technician, who verified the details that I had filled in and asked me about the problem that I was facing with my system. I told him all the problems I was facing with my system along with answering a few of his questions regarding my laptop.



After a detailed discussion in the chat window, he asked me for the permission to connect to my laptop remotely in order to have a good look at the issue. I allowed him the access instantly. It didn’t tale long for him and in about 25 minutes and a couple of steps, he was done. He asked me to see if I could log into my Outlook account. When I did as directed, I could log into the account as well as check all my mails with complete ease. I was more than glad to get the problem fixed. I thanked him and exited from the chat window.
