I washed the sleep away from my eyes and looked at the watch. I had plenty of time on me as my lecture sessions were not up until late afternoon. I got out of the bed and dragged myself downstairs to the kitchen to make myself a cup of coffee. I looked out of the window, it was a lovely morning! I went out to the front porch and browsed through the newspaper while sipping on my coffee. My wife was weeding out the junk in the rose garden all morning. It was only when she called me out, I realized she had come inside. When I wnet in, she greeted me with a worried look on her face. On asking what was wrong, she told me that there was some problem with the antivirus on her laptop and it was not working.
She was trying to scan a pen drive and it was not happening with the antivirus installed on the laptop. I tried to run the scan a couple of times but couldn’t do much. I failed to understand the reason for such a problem because I updated my laptop regularly. I really got worried. I use the Internet often and the antivirus glitch was quite a nightmare! I tried to scan my laptop but that did not help either.
Desperately, I browsed through various websites, one after the other. A couple of minutes later, I caught sight of the iYogi Tech Support website. I started to glance through its website. I also read the

I opted for a chat session with a technician and as soon as I clicked on the "chat now" option, a window popped-up on the computer screen. I was connected to a technician almost immediately after that, who then verified the contact information that I had provided. Soon he asked me about the problem that I was facing on the system and I dished out all the details. The technician conveyed that he would need to take a remote session to get to the bottom of the problem. I allowed him without any second thought. Within minutes after connecting to my laptop, he started to perform some steps. It took him half-an-hour’s time to get things straightened out; after which he told me that the problem with the antivirus has been sorted out and asked me to check it. This time when I ran the scan, it was working normally. I thanked him and closed the chat window. Satisfied with the tech support service that I had availed and the easeful running of antivirus as before, all I felt was exhilarated.
